Welcome to Mind Finance. By accessing, downloading, or using our trading bot (“the Bot”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Bot across Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and globally.
1. Purpose and Nature of the Bot

– Provide the Bot on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
4. User Responsibility
– You use the Bot at your own discretion and risk.
– You are solely responsible for understanding the laws, regulations, and tax implications applicable to your jurisdiction.
– You warrant that your use of the Bot complies with all local, national, and international laws.
5. No Refunds
All purchases made for the Mind Finance Bot are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction with performance or misunderstanding of the product’s purpose.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:
– Nigeria, for users residing or operating within Nigeria.
– The United Arab Emirates, for users residing or operating within the UAE.
– International legal principles, for users residing outside of Nigeria and the UAE.
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the respective jurisdiction above.
7. Modifications
Mind Finance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
